More Than 40 Alumni Gather for the 18th European Reunion

In May, more than 40 alumni from Germany, Egypt, The Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, and the U.S. got together to celebrate the U’s 18th European Alumni Reunion. The events started in Trier, Germany, on Saturday, May 14.

Alumni and their families met in the morning at Porta Nigra, the largest Roman city gate north of the Alps. It is designated as part of the Roman Monuments, Cathedral of St. Peter and Church of Our Lady in Trier UNESCO World Heritage Site. Everyone enjoyed the walking tour of the city (“2000 steps-2000 years”) that included the famous Roman Imperial Baths. Read more here.
