Q: How should I submit my letter of recommendation?

A: Letters should be turned in WITH the rest of your application. Do not have your letter writer send the letter in directly to us.


Q: Can I submit my application via email?

A: No. We will only accept applications that have been brought into our office or mailed in time to arrive by the due date.


Q: Can my application be postmarked by the due date?

A: No. Applications must be in our office by the deadline (date and time). No late applications will be considered.


Q: If I’m applying for multiple scholarships, can I use the same letter of recommendation?

A: Yes, but you must have a separate copy of the letter for each scholarship application.


Q: Does my letter of recommendation need to be sealed.

A: No, we do not require that the letter is sealed.


Q: Can my application be double-sided?

A: No, all pages of your application need to be single-sided.


Q: Are medical school students eligible for graduate scholarships?

A: Yes, they are.


Q. I have been accepted for a grad program starting next Fall. Am I eligible for the Young Alumni Graduate Scholarship?

A: No, the Young Alumni Graduate Scholarship is only available to those who are currently in their graduate program.
